I started my career in a completely different world.
I studied dentistry.
Graduated.
Practiced for years.
On paper, it made sense. Stable. Respectable. Predictable.
But something never felt aligned.
What fascinated me wasn’t procedures. It was systems.
Not clinical charts — but growth.
Not appointments — but strategy.
So I made a decision most people were afraid to make.
I pivoted.
I Wasn’t Supposed to Be Here.
The Shift
In 2010, I stepped into digital marketing.
No safety net.
No clear roadmap.
Just curiosity, obsession, and a belief that I could build something meaningful.
I studied everything.
Campaign structure. Media buying. Consumer psychology. Funnels. Brand architecture.
I wasn’t just learning marketing.
I was learning leverage.
By 2016, I founded TAC Universe.
What started as a small operation in Alexandria evolved into one of MENA’s most data-driven digital agencies — serving brands across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and beyond.
We built performance engines.
Scaled clients.
Integrated AI.
Designed operational systems.
And we’re still building.
Success Came. So Did Burnout.
Like many founders, I equated growth with grind.
Long days.
Constant pressure.
Back-to-back meetings.
Always “on.”
The company grew.
But my calendar was chaos.
That’s when I realized something most entrepreneurs ignore:
You don’t scale by working more.
You scale by designing better systems.
The Breakthrough.
I began obsessing over structure.
